Το πρωί η Κλάρα Βάιν είναι ηθοποιός στα περίφημα στούντιο της Ufa, ενώ το βράδυ είναι μυστική πράκτορας της Βρετανικής Υπηρεσίας Πληροφοριών. Μια νεαρή γυναίκα βρίσκεται άγρια δολοφονημένη στον κήπο της Σχολής για Υποψήφιες Νύφες στο Βερολίνο, όπου εκπαιδεύονται οι μέλλουσες σύζυγοι αξιωματικών των Ες Ες. Η Κλάρα σύντομα ανακαλύπτει ότι ο φόνος συνδέεται με ένα πολύ απειλητικό μυστικό.
