Orders and Shipping
Items that are in stock are delivered within 2 to 5 days. Backordered and special items might take 2 to 4 weeks, assuming availability from the publisher. We’ll keep you up to date while we process your order.
A valid email address is required for a successful registration. Click here to register. We’ll sent an email to the email address you’ve registered with to make make sure your email address is correct. Please check your emails (spam folder, too) for our verification email. Open it and click on the link to verify your email address and activate your Bibliagora account.
Before you place an order, your shipping (delivery) address can be changed by logging into your account and clicking on the “Edit My Address”.
If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order please contact us as soon as possible and before it is dispatched.
If an order is already dispatched it is not possible to change the delivery address.
Bibliagora does not process transactions and never keeps credit card information on its servers. Bibliagora will never ask for your credit card information on the phone or to be sent by email. All transactions are processed 100% securely by Stripe using the latest technologies and most powerful encryption.
Bibliagora Prime is a subscription-based membership. For a small annual or lifetime fee members enjoy a 10% discount on all products. There is no limit on how many orders you place or how many books your buy during your membership. We keep adding benefits and perks for our members.
We usually deliver worldwide, except a few remote areas, such as some islands in the Pacific, villages in the Alps and Alaska, or in the middle of nowhere in Australia. Also, there are some African countries and the likes of Afghanistan, Russia, Iran and North Korea, where it is impossible to get to. When we come across a delivery place like this you will be notified accordingly.
Yes, we usually pack and dispatch orders in one package. There are exceptions, however, depending on weight /volumetric weight restrictions.

As long as your order hasn’t already shipped, please contact us via the online contact form and ensure you include your order number and the new delivery address including:
- Full name
- Address line 1
- Address line 2
Please note that we might be unable to change the country.
