If you are learning Greek as a second or foreign language and you keep asking people “is it right?” when you speak or write, then you are holding the right book in your hands. Αυτό ακριβώς! Is a book for intermediate learners of Greek who care not only about fluency but also about accuracy in their language production. If you want to speak and write correctly in Greek, you will enjoy the variety of exercises that aim to help you achieve your goal. You will “clear things up” by reading through the tables, the everyday examples and through the practice that follows every presentation. Not all grammar is included; only the bits that suite your level and things that confuse us most of the time. With minimum terminology, this book focuses on grammar without being a traditional grammar book, in the sense that you don’t need to be a linguist to understand what it is talking about. Throughout the book, all you are asked to do is “notice and practice”. And practice some more, until you get it right, which you will – by the end of it!
